Two of my favourite people + their two gorgeous little boys + a beautiful barn location = Pure bliss! Chris or “Brophy” as I fondly know him, met my husband at university. They lived together at both university up north, then down in London. When I met Brophy, Natasha and him had been an item for years and it was easy to see why. They are such an instantly likeable couple. Both my hubby and I think the world of them. Four years ago Brophy and Natasha welcomed their twin boys into the world. I remember meeting the boys for the first time. As babies, they were already developing their own unique and very different personalities. I am totally smitten with these little chaps.
The boys played a big part of the wedding day as page boys. Oh my goodness, they did look super cute in their little suits! As for mum, well Natasha wore a beautifully elegant gown. She looked sensational! Brophy did too of course, wearing a very sharp suit which match with the boys.
There was beautiful sunshine all day, which allowed the giggly guests to explore the beautiful gardens, and allowed me to take the new Mr & Mrs Brophy to the amazing cornfield just opposite Cooling Castle Barn for their couples portraits.
The day was relaxed and joyous. Brophy and Natasha opted for a hog roast buffet rather than sit down meal. As a chilled out, easy going couple, this suited them to a tea and both friends and family loved all of oh-so yummy food and relaxed atmosphere.
To the new Mr & Mrs Brophy: I could not have been more thrilled when you gave me the honour of photographing your wedding day. Seeing you both together over the years, as a couple and then as parents, has filled my heart full of joy. You are such a special couple and I couldn’t be more happy for you both. Love you lots xXx
