A mutual friend recommended me to Liz & Rich and how glad I am that she did! Liz & Rich are a pleasure to be around. Beaming happiness and love wherever they go. Their proposal story happened while out horse riding. They both love horses and the great outdoors so what better way for Rich to propose than combining their two loves.
For their engagement session they chose St Marthers Hill on Newlands Corner. As a little girl I frequently went to Newlands Corner for picnics and kite flying with my family but had never been to St Marthers Hill! On the top of the hill there is such a beautiful church.
I absolutely love living so close to the Surrey Hills. The views once you walk to the church are simply amazing!
Liz looked the picture of elegance in her faux fur shawl.
So in love…
Happiness is cuddling your fiancé.
Another beautiful sunny winters day!
Liz was so excited to wear her ballet shoes for their outfit change. They are both keen dancers so wanted to incorporate this into the session.
When I saw the colour of Liz’s dress I noticed that it complimented the foliage perfectly, so pretty!
Some gorgeous golden light shone right at the end of the session, it was pure bliss!
Gate Street barn is a venue I know well, it was the location for my Vintage Carnival Styled shoot. So I was thrilled to discover it is the venue for Liz & Rich’s wedding in June! I just know this is going to be a wedding full of fun and laughter! xXx
